By visiting stab.bio ("Stab," "we," "us," or "our") or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stab. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Profile Content: Users are prohibited from uploading explicit or fully nude profile pictures. Accounts found in violation will be subject to immediate suspension without warning.
Platform Integrity: Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden, regardless of severity. Users must report discovered issues to our support team.
Ban Evasion: Creating new accounts after receiving a ban is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Multiple Accounts: Users may maintain a maximum of two (2) accounts. Exceeding this limit will result in the suspension of all accounts.
Security: Attempting to hack, disrupt, compromise, or misuse our platform or services is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Management and Enforcement
Stab reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or ban user accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or any conduct we deem harmful to our platform or community. We may take such actions without prior notice or warning.
4. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
